These Terms of Use govern your access to the temporary Makertique coming-soon website. The full Makertique commerce platform is still in development, and this site does not currently offer products, checkout, classes, or customer accounts.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape the forms abusively, or use the site in a way that infringes another party’s rights.
Contact submissions
You are responsible for the content you send through the contact form. Do not submit payment-card data, passwords, confidential health information, unlawful material, or content you do not have the right to provide. Submission does not create a customer, professional, or contractual relationship.
Mailing-list signup
Launch updates use a double-opt-in process. You must provide an address you are authorized to use and confirm the request. You may unsubscribe using the mechanism in list-managed messages. We may refuse, suppress, or remove addresses to protect deliverability, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
Intellectual property
The Makertique name, provisional brand artwork, site design, text, illustrations, and other original content are owned by Makertique or used with permission. You may view the site for personal use, but you may not copy, publish, sell, or create misleading derivative uses without permission.
Third-party services and social links
Links to social networks and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their availability, content, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by those providers. Makertique is not responsible for third-party services.
Availability and changes
The site may change, pause, or become unavailable without notice while the full platform is developed. Coming-soon descriptions express current intentions and do not guarantee that a feature, product, service, date, or price will become available.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or a specific launch date. Nothing on this site is professional legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Makertique will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this temporary site. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Governing terms and contact
