Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. When you request launch updates, we collect your email address, consent confirmation, subscription status, and technical information needed to prevent abuse and deliver the service.
How we use it
We use contact-form information to answer your message and operate customer support. We use mailing-list information to send a confirmation request and, after you confirm, occasional Makertique launch news and creative updates. We also use limited technical data to protect the forms, diagnose failures, and maintain site security.
Amazon SES and service providers
Makertique uses Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) to send contact notifications, confirmation emails, and list-managed messages. Amazon processes email delivery information on our behalf. Our hosting, DNS, security, and observability providers may process limited technical information necessary to operate the website.
Double opt-in and choices
Entering an email address does not immediately add you to the launch list. We send a signed confirmation link, and you must confirm on Makertique.com. List-managed messages include an unsubscribe mechanism. You may also contact us to request help with your preferences.
Retention
Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Mailing-list contact records remain while you are subscribed or until they are deleted under our retention practices. Security logs are retained for a limited operational period.
Cookies and analytics
This initial coming-soon implementation does not require advertising cookies. If privacy-respecting analytics are later enabled, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before deployment. Essential platform cookies or request identifiers may be used when necessary for security and reliable operation.
Security
We use transport encryption, access controls, security headers, validation, rate limiting, and narrowly scoped cloud permissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, or highly sensitive information through the contact form.
Your requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights related to access, correction, deletion, objection, or restriction. Contact us and we will evaluate the request under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
